Browsing the wildadventures.ro website followed by placing an order is equivalent to reading, understanding and accepting the terms below by any Customer. Wildadventures.ro reserves the right to change and update at any time the content of this site, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Use, without prior notice.

In the event of any discrepancy or disagreement between wildadventures.ro and the Client, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of the order will apply.

1. DEFINITIONS

User – any person who visits the wildadventures.ro website

Customer – natural person / legal entity placing an Order.

Products and Services – any product or service mentioned in the Order to be supplied by the Seller to the Customer.

Order – an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the Seller and the Customer by which the Customer expresses his intention to purchase certain Products and Services and to make payment for them.

Contract – an Order confirmed by the Seller whereby the Seller agrees to sell and deliver the Products and Services and the Customer agrees to purchase, receive and make payment for such Products and Services.

Courier – any person under public or private law providing express courier services.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The content of wildadventures.ro website: images, texts, web graphics, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, trademarks, is the entire property of SC Experiente Auto SRL and its suppliers and is protected by the Law on copyright and related rights and by the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use without the consent of SC Experiente Auto SRL of any of the items listed above is punishable under the current legislation. wildadventures.ro is a registered trademark of SC Experiente Auto SRL.

The use on wildadventures.ro of any registered brand name does not constitute advertising for that company. wildadventures.ro assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the site content.

3. DISCLAIMER

SC Experiente Auto SRL does not warrant that the website, the servers on which it is hosted, or e-mails sent from wildadventures.ro are free of viruses or other potentially harmful computer components, that they are free of errors, omissions, defects, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, line crashes or any other similar factors. The user uses the site at his/her own risk, wildadventures.ro being free from any liability for any direct or indirect damage caused by using or accessing/visiting the site or as a result of using the information on the site. SC Experiente Auto SRL is not responsible for errors or omissions that may occur in the preparation or presentation of materials on the site.

The information included on wildadventures.ro is for informational purposes only and is provided in good faith from sources the Seller believes to be reliable. If any of the published articles or any other information falls under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, the User is requested to inform the Seller of this fact at the following address
so that the necessary legal measures can be taken.

wildadventures.ro reserves the right to cancel Orders for Products and Services that are displayed on the site due to technical errors, or that, due to technical errors, show obviously erroneous/derisory prices for products (prices that any buyer with an average level of preparation can judge as erroneous/derisory).

Any links to other sites are provided solely for the purpose of making the information more accessible, and wildadventures.ro assumes no responsibility or liability for the content of these sites, for the products or services promoted or marketed through these sites.

4. LIMIT ACCESS TO THE SITE

Users of wildadventures.ro may make comments and any other communications, may transmit suggestions, questions or information, if their language is civilized, and the content of the communications is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not in any way disturb the privacy of others, does not infringe intellectual property rights, does not contain viruses, does not serve promotional campaigns that are not related to wildadventures.ro, are not mass e-mails or any other form of spam.

Persons who use a false e-mail address or send electronic messages or any other communication in the name of another natural or legal person or in the name of any other entity will be reported to the competent authorities. wildadventures.ro assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from such communications.

In case of submission or posting of materials/documents involving texts, lines, reviews etc., formulated by Users, the User is deemed to guarantee their originality and grants wildadventures.ro and its affiliates/associates the non-exclusive, unlimited, free, irrevocable and retransferable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, as well as the right to distribute, present these contents anywhere in the world, by any means.

The user guarantees that he/she has all the rights to the content that he/she displays or transmits on the site, by any means, so that, by using this content, he/she does not cause damage to any other natural or legal entity.

5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Data collected on accounts and newsletters are confidential. wildadventures.ro will be able to select users to whom it will send newsletters and other information by e-mail.

According to the Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, wildadventures.ro is obliged to process in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by users.

The purpose of collecting personal data is: economic-financial management, advertising, marketing, publicity, statistics, electronic communication services, informing customers about the status of their account on wildadventures.ro, informing customers about the evolution and status of orders.

Completion by users of forms on the site constitutes unconditional acceptance that such data will be included in wildadventures.ro’s database and the use and processing by wildadventures.ro for the performance of the activities listed above, including, but not limited to, marketing service providers, courier, payment services /
banking.

Customers are guaranteed the rights provided by Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to take legal action in case of violation of their rights. Customers have the right to request deletion of all or part of their personal data. The customer may request any of the rights listed above on the basis of a written request, signed and dated, submitted to the headquarters of SC Experiente Auto SRL.

Refusal to provide these data will make it impossible to honour orders.

If the customer modifies his personal data already delivered to wildadventures.ro using the forms on the site and there are pending orders, the orders keep the data from the moment of placing the order and the delivery of the products will be made taking into account the newly modified data.

wildadventures.ro does not ask its Users through any means of communication (phone/e-mail etc) for confidential information, bank account data, personal passwords etc. If the user discloses them to third parties, he bears full responsibility for his actions. Thus, in cases of disclosure of such data, the user cannot hold the
wildadventures.ro for any kind of damage.

6. USER REGISTRATION

To create an account on wildadventures.ro, the User is required to use a valid e-mail address. wildadventures.ro may refuse your registration request if it finds that you have used information that is not accurate or that you are using the services in a manner inconsistent with normal usage.

7. FORTA MAJORA

Neither contractual party may be held liable for the (total/partial) non-performance or late performance of its obligations if these were caused by force majeure. The parties will immediately inform each other of the case of force majeure and will take all necessary measures to limit the consequences of the event.

If the force majeure event does not cease within 15 days, the parties have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without claiming damages.

Force majeure will be proven according to the law.

13. CONFLICT RESOLUTION. APPLICABLE LAW

The contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law. Any conflict arising between wildadventures.ro and Customers will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the first way of solution is mediation, under the conditions of the law, and if this fails, the competent Romanian courts of the Client’s domicile are used.

14. FRAUD

Creating multiple accounts using automatically generated addresses that expire after a predefined period in order to benefit from
of promotions or offers, or any fraudulent behaviour likely to affect the smooth running of the campaigns, is prohibited and will be considered an attempt to defraud. The owner of wildadventures.ro reserves the right to suspend the accounts thus created and to withdraw the benefits related to promotions or offers in progress, to cancel the account without notice, notification, other
formalities or compensation.

Any attempt at fraud or any fraud (such as, but not limited to: accessing wildadventures.ro customer data, altering the content of the site, attempting to affect the performance of wildadventures.ro servers, etc.) will be punishable under criminal law.

15. FINAL PROVISIONS

If any of the above clauses are found to be void or invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchased product, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery/return.
Either send the return form no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of delivery/pick-up or take the product to the shop. Some products have a specific return policy, we recommend reading the conditions below.

General conditions for the return of products sold by wildadventures.ro:

– the cost of return transport is borne entirely by the customer
– if the product is returned to the shop and the method of payment was bank transfer, the money is also returned by bank transfer and not in cash at the cash desk
-the products you return must be in the same condition as you received them
– products which have been subject to unauthorised intervention, products showing signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, chipping, dents, mechanical/electrical shocks, products with missing accessories, are not accepted
– the return must be in the original packaging, with the original labels intact, the original guarantee certificate (if issued by the manufacturer/distributor) and all documents with which the product was delivered
– if the products to be returned were accompanied by any gifts, these must also be returned
– if you have bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure only one has been unsealed. The return of other products is only accepted if they are sealed.
